Technology to Enhance Supervision 2.0: Measuring What Matters

Many independent ABA providers struggle to afford integrated data management systems yet they need the support these systems provide to maintain clinical and operations standards. This presentation will teach participants how to use a behavioral systems approach to identify and analyze operational contingencies and specify performance objectives across various aspects of an ABA organization. Information will be provided to help participants develop and design systems, using low-cost technology, as well as methods to evaluate these systems to determine if they are functioning effectively and efficiently. The webinar will include visual samples of metrics and dashboards for a variety of key organizational areas (e.g., client outcomes, staff performance, supervision requirements, etc.). The information covered in this presentation will provide numerous jumping-off points for individuals to integrate behavioral systems within their own organizations.
