Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer, Lighthouse Autism Center Leila’s career in ABA started during college, providing in home support to the child of one of her professors. Having already had a passion for working with children and adults with autism, this made behavior analysis a clear career choice. Leila is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience working in home, center, school, and community programs for nearly 20 years. She has worked with clients as young as 18 months and as old as 86. Leila’s passion is supporting families and clients with high-magnitude behaviors and collaborating with other professionals. Having worked in schools and home programs early in her career, Leila learned early on the value of working with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapist, doctors, teachers, and other professionals who impact the lives of the clients she worked with. Presently, Leila serves as the Chief Clinical and Compliance Officer of Lighthouse Autism Center, with facilities throughout the Midwest. She was nominated to the Governor’s Committee for Licensure of Indiana and the ACQ Standards Committee. Leila also completed her Executive MBA through Strayer University in 2021.
