The future of learning is immersive, experiential, hands-on practice through cutting-edge technology! Learning by doing is essential for developing practical skills, but it can fall short and even be risky without adequate guidance and feedback. Imagine immersive learning opportunities in safe, controlled settings where simulations and role-playing can be scaled through digital environments. These digital simulation training methods enhance learning, reduce risks, and boost learner confidence. However, effective immersive learning requires much more than just replicating real-world scenarios. Join me for an exciting discussion about advanced simulation techniques and discover how to scale these transformative experiences for employees. I will share how these innovative approaches will likely lead to higher engagement, greater confidence, and lower turnover. I look forward to discussing how we can transform clinical training and create dynamic, impactful learning experiences for the workforce.

Learning Objectives:

  1. State at least 2 advantages of simulation-based training
  2. State at least 3 strategies for providing effective feedback in behavior skills training
  3. Explain how advanced digital technology can improve immersive learning opportunities
