Is it possible to unplug from unhelpful habits that no longer serve us? Can we use accessible language, grounded in science, to describe how to live more intentionally in our personal and professional lives? Are we able to successfully address burnout in our profession? Can we positively impact our overall wellbeing and the wellbeing of those we serve?

The answer is YES WE CAN!

Join us as we explore how to PAUSE unworkable habit loops that often move us away from valued living. PAUSE stands for Present moment awareness, Acceptance, Unstuck, Self-Compassion, and Engagement.
