About the Presenter
It is great to hear from the front line. Let me speak from the supervisor's perspective. This is a huge topic. As a BCBA of over 20 years, one of my primary goals was to support staff who worked directly with the client. They need the training, support; and respect as professionals, which is often missing. A big thing I got from this was the knowledge that I am not alone. This is a new wave in the growth of our field. Thank you.
